We know you will be keen to receive your purchase so we endeavour to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of ordering.
99% of our items shown on the website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
Items not in stock will have a notice within the product details asking you to allow a few days for dispatch. If we cannot deliver within this time you will be notified immediately and, with your agreement, we will arrange another time for delivery. If another time cannot be agreed we will fully refund your order.
Occasionally an item can sell out before we have a chance to update the website and in this instance we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery Information
Goods are sent by Royal Mail, and may have to be signed for on receipt.
Standard UK deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, by Royal Mail.
Delivery charges are per order, up to a maximum of 2kg for UK orders and 1kg for international orders. If your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you before dispatch if there are any additional delivery charges.
Your goods will be delivered with a £ Sterling receipt for goods purchased.
UK Standard Delivery - £1.50 - dispatch usually within 24 hours of ordering.
United Kingdom guaranteed next working day delivery if ordered by 1pm - £5.95
United Kingdom guaranteed Saturday delivery - £7.95
if ordered by 1pm on Friday

Europe - £6.95 - delivery usually takes around 4 - 7 days
USA and Rest of World - £7.95 - delivery usually takes around 7-14 days
